Rethink Possible

“You can find inspiration everywhere!”, my sister told me a few days ago. I had to laugh because I think if you really listen, Abba Father can minister to you anywhere and anytime. I cannot tell you how many times a bumper sticker or car license plate, seemingly having nothing to do with God, has encouraged me in a timely manner. That sounds odd, I know, but who am I to limit God and his ways of getting a word of encouragement or guidance to me? For example, the title of THIS teaching: “Rethink Possible”, is from a current AT&T commercial. When I first saw this commercial, I instantly thought of scripture. They are taking universal, Biblical principals, and making commercials! This company is telling it’s customers to take the limits off! That’s “our” stuff! They took what Jesus taught us, his disciples, 2000 plus years ago and are running with it, changing people’s thinking with it.
Luke 16:8
And the Lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.
The marketing firm that came up with the “ Rethink Possible” catch-phrase is wise! But even the foolishness of God is wiser than men. As children of God, maturing into spiritual manhood, it is WE who are to “Rethink Possible”!! If Abba Father has given you direction on matters that calls for you to step out on faith, “Rethink Possible”. You may well be thinking, “ HOW am I going to do this?”, or “I do not see how it can possibly work!” Perhaps you think it is flat out impossible what God has called you to do in this season. God would say again, “Rethink Possible”, just as He has always said:

For nothing will be impossible with God.

We are “The Children of Light”, grabbing a hold of what Abba Father has purposed for us in his kingdom NOW. Be emboldened to day to step out by faith and in God’s strength!
